ROLL on ROLL – ORDERING SYSTEM with DIRECT TRANSFER

A dosing roller is used to transfer the application medium directly onto the material web. The roller pressure is applied via the solenoid coils, whereby the contact pressure can be infinitely varied. The rotation of the dosing rollers corresponds exactly to the fabric web speed. The medium transfer is influenced by the surface structure of the dosing roller and is also essentially dependent on the viscosity of the application medium. Uniformity of the application volume across the width and length of the web is guaranteed.

For different web widths, different roll lengths are also recommended, which are adapted to the web widths.
