COATING GMBH poss\u00e8de une tr\u00e8s grande exp\u00e9rience pour la bonne conception et la construction appropri\u00e9e de tels automates EPS Blockpress. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, 12 presses \u00e0 blocs EPS d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 maximale de 1 000 kg ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es. Longueur de bloc de 6,0 m en service avec un poids de 35 t. La profondeur de compression des blocs est conforme \u00e0 la norme et s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 60 % de la profondeur maximale. Cote de bloc pour le chauffage au sol avec qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;isolation phonique. Pour les blocs de fa\u00e7ade, une profondeur de pressage de 10 % ou 15 % est courante avec une ou deux \u00e9tapes de pressage.  <\/p>\n<p>Entre-temps, on n&rsquo;utilise plus que des presses \u00e0 bloc de <strong>type Z 1<\/strong> en version verticale avec un seul v\u00e9rin hydraulique de compression jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 230 bar de pression et 250 t (2.500 KN) de force de compression. Cette presse \u00e0 blocs PSE en <strong><br \/>\n  <u>mod\u00e8le vertical<\/u><br \/>\n<\/strong> avec seulement <strong><u>un cylindre<\/u> <\/strong>a \u00e9t\u00e9 prot\u00e9g\u00e9e par un brevet et ne peut \u00eatre construite et livr\u00e9e dans le monde entier que par la <strong>soci\u00e9t\u00e9 TiMaTEC Coating GmbH <\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>De ce nouveau type de presse, y compris Syst\u00e8me de transport de blocs avec 8 blocs dans le syst\u00e8me, 4 installations fonctionnent d\u00e9j\u00e0 de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s satisfaisante. La premi\u00e8re presse \u00e0 blocs EPS du nouveau <strong>type Z1<\/strong> livr\u00e9e est en service depuis 2020 pr\u00e8s de Francfort et a d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 20.000 heures de fonctionnement sans aucune panne.<\/p>\n<p>Cette presse fonctionne en mode enti\u00e8rement automatique sans op\u00e9rateur et n&rsquo;est approvisionn\u00e9e que par un syst\u00e8me de transport de blocs automatique ou par un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur habituel.<br \/>\nDes possibilit\u00e9s de pressage dans une seule machine sont \u00e9galement possibles avec des blocs de diff\u00e9rentes longueurs, par exemple 4,0 m et 5,0 m pour une profondeur de pressage des blocs de 1,4 m. <\/p>\n<p>Le pressage de blocs de PSE \u00e0 une densit\u00e9 allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 30 est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s appropri\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter les \u00ab\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Courbure des panneaux<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>\u00ab\u00a0et a montr\u00e9 de bons r\u00e9sultats pour l&rsquo;utilisation de ces panneaux de fa\u00e7ade avec un pressage de 10 % \u00e0 15 % de la dimension du bloc PSE.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a plus de retrait des panneaux d\u00e9coup\u00e9s ensuite, que ce soit au niveau du sol ou de la fa\u00e7ade.<br \/>\nNous avions auparavant ces presses \u00e0 blocs PSE en version horizontale, mais maintenant uniquement en version verticale dans notre programme de livraison. <\/p>\n<p>Ces machines fonctionnent de mani\u00e8re enti\u00e8rement automatique et ne n\u00e9cessitent aucun op\u00e9rateur.<br \/>\nLes formats de blocs correspondants sont alors plac\u00e9s sur le syst\u00e8me de transport \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur.<br \/>\nSelon la longueur du trajet de transport des blocs, plusieurs blocs pourraient se trouver en position d&rsquo;attente.<br \/>\nLe transport ult\u00e9rieur de ces blocs dans la chambre de compression se fait automatiquement.   <\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le programme est r\u00e9gl\u00e9 sur \u00ab\u00a0AUTO\u00a0\u00bb et que la touche de d\u00e9marrage est activ\u00e9e sur le pupitre de commande, le mode automatique est lanc\u00e9.
