This
technology is the consistent further development
of the Magnet-Roller -System already on the market
for over 30 years.The substantial feature of our
technology is, to pre-dose a certain amount of
substance with the help of a driven Dosingroll
onto the surface of the Magnetroller which serves
as transfer element. Direction of rotation,
speed of rotation (friction) and the length, as
well as the pressure of transfer onto the material
are reproducible adjusted.

The
driven Magnetroll scoops the liquid
substance out of an overflow tray and
pe-doses it, depending on the structure of
surface, speed of rotation and
Magnetpressure onto the surface of the
Magneroller. The amount of transfer from the
Magnetroller onto the material depends on
the length of the contact-zone, Direction
and speed of rotation of the Magnetroller
and on the speed of the material. |

In
this execution the transfer of the liquid
substance onto the material is additionally
supported by a contact roller, which presses
with its own weigth, or with the help of
magnetic pressure against the Magnetroller.
This helps, if necessary, to transfer the
liquid substance onto or into the running material. |

In
this variation, by altered details, a short,
but intensive contact-zone is shown. The
length of the zone is not adjustable in this
execution. |
