This
technology has been already in use for over 30 years
in the printing- and coating industry. Based on this we have developed the
Varioroll® -
coating technique. On this we hold a patent of
invention. The possibility of stepless adjustment
of the application amount as well as the
alteration of working
width during production, without stand-still and
change of the Dosingroll, is the solution. Beside the full surface coating with
"VARIOROLL" - and "ROLL on
ROLL" – System this machine can be also
used for the full surface coating or pattern at
the system "VARIOPRINT" - rotary screen
printing. An other coating possibility on only one
machine (from a total of 5 possibilities) in
combination are the "VARIOKNIFE"
knife coating for pastes and foam
applications. This applications are only for web
materials (Paper, Cardboard, Foils, Textile
or Non woven) from laboratory to 4,0 m working
width.
